Wind Spinners (windspinners?) and Gentle Breezes

Gentle breezes are nice to sit outside on the patio and watch the world go by … I have a balloon twist on my apartment patio - I was afraid that in that small space it would frighten Miss Sugar Plum if I got one of the dragonlfy windspinners - she is still quite timid and some noises and movements still frighten her a lot. If she was startled by the sounds of a wind spinner spinning in the wind, she might hurt herself on the iron railings or the stucco walls out there - she is not a tiny dog … and the patio is rather tiny withut her out there so it gets even smaller when she is out there

I know this is a possibility because just the neighbor kids being outside in the breezeway when I walk her and them chatttering away as kids do sometimes frightens her and she jumps and bounces trying to get as far away from them as possible - the skateboards in particular terrify her - she does not like the roller blades either but she had room to get away from them until she knew that it was just one of her young friends wanting to pet her - he wants a dog … I think they had to give away their dog when they moved here to the apartment - at a guess - probably another broken home and losing one’s best friend the dog too. That happens a lot these days with the divorce rate so high and wages for women still so low - being a single Mom is no more fun now than it was when I was young and doing it.
